About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker and Integrative Sex Therapist, and a member of the team at Wise Therapy, where I am supervised by Dr. Kelly Wise. I see clients at our Brooklyn office in Prospect Heights as well as virtually via telehealth. I received a BA in Psychology and Behavioral Science from McGill University before completing an MSW in Health, Mental Health, and Disabilities from Columbia University. I have a background working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, as well as experience working in an intensive mental health clinic for teens and young adults. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families, and I utilize a collaborative, holistic, and integrative approach. My practice with individuals is predominantly informed by the principles of the Internal Family Systems Model and Psychodynamic Theory, while my work with couples draws on the teachings of John Gottman of the Gottman Method and Terry Real of Relational Life Therapy.
I aim to create a supportive space where every one of my clients feels both safe and empowered to share their innermost thoughts, feelings, and experiences to work toward building a more loving relationship with themselves and others and to create meaningful and lasting change. I believe that life’s most challenging moments can lead to profound transformation, and I work with my clients to navigate those challenges while strengthening their connection to the things in life that bring them the most peace and joy.
